Teleportation and Fusion

Presently,in order to create a form of fusion, that is the coalescing of the nuclei of two atoms one has to create extremely high temperatures that thermally excite the atoms to a point where the normal topological movements causes the nuclei to collide.
there are other forms of fusion such as sonarluminsence in which micro bubbles are created in water and are violently collapsed with high frequency sound waves causing an implosion in the bubbles with enough energy to allow the atoms to collide and fuse.

i have devised another form of fusion, simple but advanced.when we create the technology that allows for teleportation of small amounts of matter such as particles,it would be simple to teleport one particle within the nucleus of another and hence causing the fusion of the two particles.
it would be helpful in this case for the receptor nucleus(the one not teleported) to contain a high number of protons and neutrons thus decreasing the needed accuracy of the teleportation.

a method of teleportation in current theory is to create a hole or rip in space time, any matter that enters the rift will re appear in a different frame of reference in space time, all one has to do is to precisely control where the atoms re appear in the next time frame.once this has been achieved its a matter of making the atoms re appear within the bounds of an atomic nucleus of the new time frame, hence causing the fusion of the atoms.

since this method of teleportation relies upon rips in space time, creating a permanent rift on a nano scale would allow precise and permanent control of entry and exit co ordinates thus creating a production line like affect in which a constant stream of nuclei are sent through the nano rift to re appear in the nuclei inhabiting the new time frame.
