a crucial and simple way to attain anti gravity to over come the forces of gravity and enable the simple task of flight can be gained by the utilization of an effect known as frame dragging.

frame dragging has the effect of rotating space time in conjunction with the rotation of the object and stretching the area of the natural warp field created by the rotating object outwards.
the crucial aspect of this is the area of zero gravity at the centre of bodies of matter,it can be seen in the centre of earth where there exists a zero gravity zone.rotation/frame dragging has the effect of expanding this area,with the potential of encompassing a larger proportion of the body of matter within a zero gravity zone.
therefore to enable a form of anti gravitiational flight one has to create a frame drag strong enough to stretch the central zero gravity zone to a proportaion in which it encompasses the whole of the rotating body and thus nullyfing any gravitational forces that rotating body would normaly experience.

firstly,electromagnetism warps space time albiet on a lesser level than bound forms of matter,hence it can be used to create frame drag if you can get electromagnetic waves to rotate.this can be achieved via the use of fibre optics.
creating a highly dense spiral of photonic crystal fibres(a superior form of fibre optics) in which the electromagnetic waves therin spiral endlessly will create a frame drag within the rotating body.the photonic crystal fibres will be packed as densly as possible and thus will allow for huge amounts of electromagnetism to be captured and rotated.
the photonic crystal fibre spiral will not only be wound in a spiral,it will also be coiled akin to a spring being wound into a spiral,this will create a second dimension of frame drag for the electromagnetic waves.
the photonic crystal fibre spriral will also be rotated in the same direction as to which the electromagnetic waves are propigating forming a further form of frame drag.

so by creating a superconducting disk in which the photonic crystal fibre is housed and passing a huge electrical current though it in the same direction as the electromagnetic waves once again we create another form of frame drag and since the disk is superconductive the electrons experience zero resistance and hence they spiral endlessly around the disk.as with the optical fibre sprial the superconducting disk itself is also rotated in the same direction.

the superconducting disk and photonic crystal coil spiral themselves will be housed within a larger disk,and will form the floor of the flying machine.the larger disk itself will utilize scalar waves to form another layer of frame drag.

this symmetry allows for the scalar waves to travel along the inner surface of the disk if the scalar wave and disk are of the same size akin to a rotating V.when the scalar waves travel along the inner surface of the disk they will rotate,the point of propagation of the disks being at the centre of the disk and the bow(front) of the scalar waves will contact the disk surface and hence create a force upon the disk(this is important as you will see later).the scalar waves will not be normal scalar waves they will be what is called a tesla dome,which is when the electrical and magnetic components of scalar waves ar alligend and bound and hence forming a dome of scalar waves,they resemble this

thus we will have a rotating scalar wave tesla dome which creates yet another dimension of frame drag.needless to say the density of the scalar dome can be quite accute allowing for a large amount of energy to be rotated.
not only that,tesla domes can exist within tesla domes,thus layers of rotating telsa domes one inside the other will form a huge body of rotating energy!.

lastly we get to the rotating body that houses all the above processes,this is essentially the superdisk.this disk will rotate, and will emmit a rotating magentic field that also warps space time and this creates a rotational frame drag, it will also contain photonic crystal fibres around its rim in addition to the above systems.

so we have a rotating photonic crystal spiral coil,3 forms of frame drag
we have a rotating superconducting disk with an electrical current running thourgh it,2 forms of frame drag
we have numerous rotating telsa domes,several forms of frame drag
we have a rotating superdisk,with a rotating magnetic field and fibre optics,3 more forms of frame drag,
all together we have between 15-50(depending on how may rotating tesla domes one can create dependant upon the size of the disk)
and thus we have a huge amount of frame drag being created which will cause the area of zero gravity at the centre of rotating bodies to be stretched and enlarged to a degree great enough to encompass the matter system as a whole and thus render it immune to gravitation forces,on earth or elsewhere!.

this however does not create momentum,yet as i mentioned before the rotating scalar waves that come into contact with the inner surface of the disk are important and will create this momentum.
momentum is achieved as scalar waves and normal EM waves exert a force upon any surface they come into contact with,normaly there is an even distribution when an EM or scalar wave travels along the surface of a spherical/disk shaped body of matter thus an equal amount of force in all directions,yet if there is an imbalance in which the force in more prominant on one direction upon the surface than others there will be a momentive force exerted in that direction therby moving the body of matter in that direction.
thus if the scalar waves traveling along the inner surface of the disk can be made to interact with one area of the surface more than other it will create a momentive force in that direction.
this can be achieved by creating a wave guide,a wave guide is a structure of matter that guides EM or scalar waves accelerating them and sustaining thier wave form.

thus when a wave guide is placed in one area of the inner disk surface it will accelerate the light and hence the opposite area of the inner disk will experience more scalar wave contact force enabling for force/momentum.
this system can be further acclerated with the opposite process,a plate upon the inner surface in which the scalar waves are slowed down further increasing the scalar wave interaction with that area and increasing the scalar wave directional forces.
if the wave guide and anti wave guide are movable it will allow for momentum to be achieved in any desired direction with correct tesselation of the wave and anti wave guide systems!.
a more accurate way of enabling this process,would be for one half one half of the inner disk ti be composed of a wave guide and the other an anti wave guide.to travel in the desired direction simply placing the anti wave guide hemisphere in that desired direction and the wave guide in the reverse will create momentive force.

lastly the disk shape is important,as frame dragging occurs in the spatial dimensions in which the direction of rotation occurs upon space time,breadth and width,thus height in a rotating matter frame drag system necessitates a further amount of frame drag to create anti gravity.thus the body of matter in which you wish to create an area of anti gravity you will want to be as flat as possible to exist within the area of frame drag as much as possible.
height is pretty much a negative force in frame drag as you want to concentrate the matter in the dimensions in which space time is rotating.this is why frame dragging/gravitomagnetism is not seen on such a large scale in natural systems of matter on a post atomic level,as few matter systems are flat,most of them are spherical or have the height dimension in abundance.
